They price vehicle low so it is listed as a "Great Deal" on the websites. They are vaque about pricing details and say you have to come to the lot and speak with a salesperson. When you get to the lot they disclose the excessive (~20%) additional dealer fees and then tell you the price is only good if you finance through them. Claims everything is “in the fine print” on their website but cannot find it. Complained to both GM and VP of Marketing – both defended the practice. Luckily I asked very specific questions and the sales person on the phone admitted that the prices on the website is not the final price and also admitted he could not find that in the "fine print". Can’t trust these guys – scamming good people during COVID-19?
