We ordered 2 products from East Inflatables and was told both would be delivered within a month or so. This was fairly standard coming from China to Australia.

The products were made and shipped, however when arrival in Australia there were items left at the airport when we arrived at the warehouse to collect them. We waited in the area for several days to collect the missing item but no one was able to advise where exactly it was.

They explained the missing item would be shipped to our business in another state so we could leave the warehouse. The missing item was then lost twice on the way to our shop and we found countless issues with items that were collected. We spoke with the owner of East Inflatables, Andy several times and he advised a free blower would be shipped. It never arrived.

Andy also offered a free replacement castle which turned out to be in China and we would need to pay for the shipping and taxes, so potentially another 1,000 in order to receive a potentially 3rd faultly item. This is more of a spit in our face than any compensation really.

Andy and his team really don't care about customers once a sale has been made and money transferred. This was a $10,000 order and we now have 2 proiducts that need major repairs.
