What a beautiful and interesting time to live in Arizona!

Stranger than fiction, with the impact of bloody murder and the stench of rotting fish!

Joe Arpaio busts "Joe Arizona" (actor Nick Tarr) for "impersonating an officer" (which isn't illegal unless you actually try to use those powers or convince someone), during halloween season, yet, wearing garb he PURCHASED from our esteemed sheriff...

Mesa P.D. shoots a Mexican illegal alien to pieces for groping in his pocket for a stolen radio faceplate...and uses the same excuse you kids might use when they beat each other up. "We were scared".

In Chandler, an officer whose motorcycle was brushed by Dawn Rae Nelson, accompanied by a 14-month old baby, strolls, uninjured, to the driver's side of her car and shoots her in the heart. She was, you see, apparently using a "fraudulent" or "expired" prescription for a muscle relaxant. Officer Lovelace, the shooter, had previously been involved in a vehicular homicide, and had numerous "inappropriate" responses on various reflexive tests.

In Mesa, police and prosecutors pursue until the very end
drug prosecutions, one against a correctional officer who is incarcerated and loses his job, based on fake identifications and name mixups, WHICH THEY KNOW ALL ABOUT FROM VERY EARLY IN THE PROCESS. There is a lawsuit pending, but there has never been so much as a public apology or a notation that something very deep in the process is terminally flawed.

Also in Mesa, in 1998, police pump more than thirty bullets into two unarmed juveniles in a nominally stolen vehicle, one of whom was not even a SUSPECT, and Tasia Patton and Michael Federici die brutally in front of submachine guns "because we were afraid", police remarked after the fully blocked vehicle's remains are towed away.

Nobody suggests that there were not suspects involved. And some of them were not innocent, though far TOO MANY actually were, and misconduct and malfeasance cost them their lives, in some cases physically, in all cases psychologically, and almost always, financially.

These are just the more visible cases. This is NOT law enforcement. It is some kind of deep-seated social/vocational illness that needs to be addressed and cured.

"Rousts" of honest citizens are done here many times daily, and yet the areas are awash in crime. Those of us who spend time walking in the East Valley are aware that HUNDREDS of crack and methamphetamine dealers and manufacturers operate, for all intents and purposes, right out in the open. We find it impossible to believe the agencies who should be "on top" of these situations find urgent business elsewhere, where it is safer.

Someone has labored mightily and brought forth agencies which are skilled in subterfuge and murder, but which have NO CONCEPT of meaningful community patrol or policing.

From totally bogus cases to excuses unworthy of an adolescent, we daily--ACTUALLY, HOURLY, OR MORE FREQUENT
YET--see the hard evidence of callous conduct which cannot
continue.

The East Valley needs good law enforcement. What it
actually HAS defies ordinary description without curse words.

Mesa,
Arizona,

Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert P.D. and bogus "justice"--somebody finally SAID it!

Bravo!

Somebody finally said it! Now, try to convince the illiterate sluggards who live here, never read newspapers or local news, spend all their time watching candies up crap on television, and NEVER, NEVER VOTE INTELLIGENTLY, if they can figure out how to vote at all. Turnout at my precinct in this election was about 30% of registered voters, yesterday, and only about half the elibible are even registered.

No wonder these maggots never have to face the
sting of public anger! This viper will WALK, and he will WALK, despite the circumstances, because these communities are not culpable. They are under the law, but your constituent citizenry does not vote, and therefore registers only their apathy. They become concerned only when they get caught up in this absurb system.

Why do you suppose Arpaio supported Napolitano? For the same reason he supports Prop 202. He has something to gain. He thinks Janet will become governor and the 17-tribe alliance will be good to him. He is just a self-serving SOB (not to mention a jack-booted thug, who has his minions do his dirty work, so he can keep his hands clean).

I have never been so appalled by the actions of a united police force who work together not only to commit these heinous acts, but also to arrest someone for impersonating a DPS officer, when clearly it was only an Halloween costume. This is a violation of several Constitutional Rights. He and his cronies will pay for their tauting the Law.

Perhaps there is a class action suit that should be organized. Contact me at this report if you have had your rights abused by these law enforcerss.
