 In November I bought an expensive phone, LG pad, 2 blue tooth devices, a pad cover, a wireless charger, another charger, and other accessories. My normal Discount on accessories is 25% but they were promising me an extra 10%. I was immediately shocked by what I was paying, but went ahead and paid half in cash and the rest on debit. When home I examined the receipts and discovered I'd not gotten any discount even paid full price for an on sale bluetooth. I called and was promised a cash refund. But when I got there I was told they couldn't refund without the manager showing them how. I've called several times and each time the manager has been out of town. December 21st , more than a month later I finally got a call from the manager. He promised he'd dig up my receipts and get me my money back, if paid cash right away, if credit through corporate and another 3 weeks or so later! I paid $200 cash, so I should have been paid before Christmas, or at least heard from him by now December 30th, right? Nope! Ignoring me again. Took my money and ran!
