East West Karate After Signing Blank Documents we were told we had signed up our kids for 36 months of Karate lessons with and an account was opened for us at a finance company. Internet
We were met by jerry who worked there and was told we could try the first 3 leasson and see how the kids liked it. We were told that the kids if the joined would receive a free uniform.
When it was decided we would join the kids for the summer only we noticed that every time they went to class they wanted them to buy something additional that would cost $50.00 per child.
My wife picked them up on day and Jerry told her that the kids really liked the class and at a discount he wanted to know if they would like to do an additional couple of months. She told him that we were going on vacation and and would see. The kids were persitent and so was Jerry so she said ok....when all was said an done he told her to just sign here and here and he would get her copies(we never got copies)
Well the kids decided that they wanted to play football while we were on vacation and they never returned to karate....when i called Jerry to tell him that we would be dropping out he informed me would could not and he had sent us to some sort of finance company and we needed to call them.
Now a collection company is sending us letters and calling and we are getting an attorney!
