Complaint Review: Eastchester Jeep Chrystler

Eastchester Jeep Chrystler Upon purchasing of a 2015 Jeep, I realized that there were front end issues. i brought it back a week later and they agreed to inspect and service. They claimed they did. Two months later i brought it back, and it was the same process.  Bronx New York

Bought a Jeep and has been complaining about the same issue from day one. today I brought it in and they "finally" said they found the issue , but the extended warrantee has to inspect which is fine. But no rental and no loaner. This is a huge inconvenince and they are not addressing. Regardless i am concern that it will not be repaired correctly again and I will continue to have isues. 

The noise came back, so today I brought it back and all of a sudden they found the issue but this time around the extended warrantee has kicked in, so they Jeep has to stay. Which makes sense, but they have not paid the rental company so i can not get a rental and they have no loaner so i am being inconvenienced. And no one can tell me if they issues are covered. why am I being inconvenience for a concern that was lingering since day one. i am uncomfortable speaking with them because they are all program to speak BS. How can i get out of the loan and no longer have to deal with this company? Sold me a lemon

How can i get out of this Jeep? Can I get legal support?
