Complaint Review: Eastcoast Cycles Motorsports

I was told by this business that they were qualified to work on a motorcycle, able to trace out the electrical system & determine what was defective. The 1st week, I was advised one part was not working & ordered that one part through a local distributor. When I contacted them to overnight the part, I was advised that it would be overnighted, but was not actually received by this business until 3 days later.

I was advised that an oil leak could be repaired and that they had the particular seal that was required. They never attempted to repair the oil leak. I was then told that the one part they did order was not needed, as the one part was not defective. At that point, I was advised that I would need another part, for another $200.00.

Bottom line, these people don't have a clue as to how to determine what electrical problem they are encountering, despite telling me up front they knew the particular type of vehicle I was bringing in as well as how to trace out the system to replace only what needed to be replaced.

These people REFUSE to contact you, even after repeated phone calls, are never able to give you the status of any repair, and I found out that the registered agent was convicted of fraud recently.

Do yourself a big favor & NEVER go to this business for any reason whatsoever.
