| I placed an order with Ed Woods, CEO of Eastern Lettering back on March 8th. I have exchanged many emails with Ed about where the products I order are (lettering kit for jersey and a letter patch). I keep getting the run around that the seamstress is to blame for delay, it will be done tomorrow, I'll have shipping info but never happens. I want the item but at this point I feel I may have been fooled in dealing with someone who may not come through. If he cannot fulfill this order I want a full refund of $79.72. Product_Or_Service: NHL jersey lettering kit and Captain patch Order_Number: #205858337687 4.11.16 - called his VA number today and he left me on hold before hanging up on me. finally sent nameplate, numbers (which are all cut differently) and a C patch. Acceptable, not worth $80 but not worth my time anymore...this is closed
