I purchase a Blazer from Eastern motors on 23 April 2005. When I purchased the SUV it was on a Saturday and they were closed on Sunday. That Monday I took the SUV back because the door was broke, the car shook like a earthquake had hit and the driver rear window is cracked and the passenger side window is scratched up.

When I took it back on Monday, I told them I wanted them to fix what was broken. They kept the SUV until May 5. When they returned it back only the door was fix.

I took it back and told them that they needed to fix the rest. I returned it back to them on that Friday. They returned it back to me and when they returned it the items still was not fixed. They claimed they balanced the wheels.

Finally on the 12 May I took it back. Then I told them to rotate my tires, balance and give me a wheel alignment and tune my car up. I told them the mirror was a terrible distraction to my site when I am driving.

The salesperson bought my car back to me on or around 17th May. When he pulled up at my house I notice someone had followed him to take him back. I asked him did they do what they was suppose to and he said yes. Before I could look he jumped in his friends car and pulled off. They did not do nothing to my car. I checked the wheels because I marked them they did not even rotate them. I called them the manager said he would get back with me and I have called every day no return call until 25 May and they called and said I have had the car for 30 days and they could not do anymore.

Where can I go? I have wrote the Better Business and no one seem to be able to do anything.

If Eastern Motors is getting these many complaints why have noone done anything. I did not know about this website until yesterday 26 May and I was complaining about my phone call on the 25 May and they read some of the complaints.

HELP!!!!HELP US!!!!! DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS RIPOFF CAR DEALER.

This is why your company stinks. To file an answer such as that would make me never want to purchase from your company (I know you could care less since I live so far away). Let me tell you a story how to make a customer happy:

I purchased a van because I had a new baby and needing something bigger. I went into the Chevy dealer near my home and made my decision. Right before I signed the paperwork, I said to the salesperson "This van did have rear air, right?" That was very important to me because of my new baby. The salesperson stated, "I would never sell you a van without rear air". I then signed the paperwork.

When I got in the van to drive it home, I saw there was no rear air. The salesperson felt really bad and offered to tint the windows free of charge. I took the van home and took it back the next day to have the windows tinted. A week later, I saw that wasn't enough. Everytime I went to take the baby out of the car, she was red and sweating (and this was January). After 1 week, I called the dealership and guess what? They told me to bring the van back and they would give me another one with rear air (wrong color, but that ended up being OK).

Because of how they treated me, I sent my mother and my friend who also purchased vehicles from this dealer.

This is how customers should be treated!

people ask for a return policy everyday, there is none, even if they advertised it, did u read your contract, there are many signatures that you MUST have to buy the car, it says in there, exchange NO RETURNS

I have read several reports/complaints concerning Eastern Motors., one of the reasons they are continuing to get away with it is I dont see where anyone has filed compaints with the Maryland 's Attorney Generals Office. It would seem that a company with this many negative reports should be made to answer for them and possibly denised their ability to do business in this state (or anyother for that matter). Herer is a link to the complaint form (online) for the MD Attorney Generals office, I can tell you from experience, they will definately respond and contact Eastern Motors on your behalf.

Bought the SUV on 26 March 05. Returned it for repairs on 29 March and they did not return it until 7 April with incomplete repairs.

I returned it again on 14 April and they return it on 19 April when the salesperson jump in a car and speeded off. When I check the car was not repaired.

I called them on the 20th and informed them and they never returned my call. They returned my call on Wed 27 April and told me that they can not do anything about it since I had my car for one month.

I can not even drive the car because it shakes so bad. I have had the car for one month and making payment and can not even drive the car.

(sorry for the incorrect dates, I am trying to get a report completed and the dates are all shambered up in my head)
