Purchased an SUV in July 2011.  Took it back a week later for repairs.  The manager of the store asked one of the dealers to ride with me to see what I was talking about.  Upon driving my car and experiencing the idling and the noise the car was making the dealer agreed with me that there was a problem.  Once we returned to the dealership he flipped his story and I'm back at square one. 

The vehicle supposedly has a two year warranty.  I was told to take it to my repairman and they would reimburse me.  However I took it to another GMC dealer for a diagnostics test which I paid for out of pocket.  They took the report and kept my car for 4 days.  When the car was returned only 2 out of the 5 problems had been rectified. 

I have been calling at least twice a week for the otther repairs, but to no avail.  I keep getting the run around. 

On top of that when they took the vehicle for repair someone broke the remote key chain and I've been waiting over two weeks for a replacement that was promised to me.  Everytime I go to enter the car the alarm goes off and I have to stick my key in the ignition immediately.

Its YOUR car, right?  The paperwork which came with YOUR car is YOUR paperwork, right?  Did read YOUR paperwork for YOUR car???  Does YOUR paperwork show you have a warranty?  If so, they are on the hook to fix it!
