I bought items from this company. Then I had to return one pant. Well, I was assured that once I sent back the item, they will credit my account. To this day, I have not received back ANYTHING, yet they kept the item. It was $70! I mean if you wouldn't or couldn't take back something, have the decency to return the item... or tell me straight that you don't give refunds. So they got my money and also kept the clothes.
NICE bastards! (sarcastic, of course.)
Don't buy here unless you understand that it is a one way trip, or that you live to close to their stores, which is in the Northeast states, and I here live in S. Califronia.
Yeah... I'll stick with REI, much better service.
