Complaint Review: eastern outdoors

We signed a contract 12/20/2010 for a 30x40 garage -workshop  . We paid the deposit .  We got all the permi ts .   Then the fun started.             1st it was a problem with the concrete guy. Seems eastern outdoors  priced the concrete too low . We took care of that ourselves.   So now it is 5/19/2011 .  the concrete man said he would call eastern  and for us to call too .      When we informed them of the pad , we were told  within the next several weeks building would be installed.  Well after a couple of weeks  we try to narrow it down .    

So long story short , when we do get a live person they either do not know when or the sheet metal is BACKORDERED! or the installers have quit or they should have called already. the lastest info we got was the inslulation had finally arrived and the installers would call that afternoon.     We have called Randolf County sherrif and filed a report with the police dept.  and have retained a laywer.    this company is not acting on good faith, the owners have not been in touch, and the BBB knows about them also. The company has an F rating from them , at least this my save someone else from being ripped off  .
