Complaint Review: Easterns Automotive Group

I work for them and they have me Lie and Scam to the customers everyday I went to work.

For one the vehicles are never ever inspected they are all LEMONS. They print falsely Car-fact reports. They tell the customer when the banks call to say your down payment was made.They do all the Time Promissory Notes which is a illegal in MD. If customer can not come up with the money within 2- 3weeks they keep thier Tags and have customer stressing over getting pulled over with temp paper tags that have expired are if customer can come up with something they will give another paper tag.I have felt like WOW they are really something Else!!! and the sad put is people will come in thinking the car payment is one thiong then they get a call back saying they need to come back and re-do paper work.But really they never got the customer approval from the bank so now their payments is more but they the customer don't want to return their vehicle because of their pride. So a car payment goes from $430.00 to almost $600.00 or more this WRONG!

PLEASE STOP BUYING FROM ANY EASTERNS AUTOMOTIVE GROUP ..because your Job is not your credit it will put you in dept please believe ME!!!!!!
