I purchased a Digital Camera from Kodak and not a retail store. The camera has been defective since day one. Contact customer service and always connect to people in the Phillipines. Can not understand them. Send emails for tech support and all are scripted preform replies. I tried to contact Corp. Headquarters and they are well trained in customer NO SERVICE!!! Refused to connect me to management in Rochester NY.

This (I thought) was a customer oriented company as to their history. My conclusion is that the care less about quality, customer service and love sending people in circles.

Citizens of the United States and Foreign Countries. We need to work together to keep our companies in our own countries or at least keep customer service in the countries where their products are sold and NOT one central location such as the Phillipine Island and India etc.

If you are an American Company keep your service in America. If you are a Japanese Company keep your service in Japan. Other people do not know you products and they read SCRIPTED responses.
It is time we took a stand against these companies and force them to comply or shut down.
