Complaint Review: Eastman Kodak

Eastman Kodak Company sold me a DX4330 that does not print pictures and they they provide no help. Rochester New York

I purchased a kodak cx4330 camera, and can not get pictures too print from it, with relentless times of trying. Therefore I called for support help, and only got a complete run around, telling me that you will have to wait on our research department, with no guarantee of any solutions to the problem.

I think this is the most inapropriate way of handling things I have ever seen. Then when I talked too a supervisor, I got the same run-around response. In the mean time they don't know the answers to the problem. I feel that I have been taken with a worthless piece of JUNK.

In the meantime the supervisor told me that I could use another companies software, instead of the easy share software that came with the new CAMERA.. I paid over 500.00 for something that is suppose to work, and does not, but yet you can go out and purchase additional items too make it work, this is the response KODAK company gave me. Now enough is enough...What can be done about this.
