Borrowed money in 2008, paid them off in installments. Now they are harrassing my references stating if I don't pay they will take them to court and make them pay. They are a rip-off. DO NOT borrow from these people or arrange to pay them off in installments. They will not keep record and they will still harrass you for payment. I am contacting an attorney about filing suit against them for unneccesary harrassment.
