Complaint Review: Eastwood Expo Center

I was the victim of false advertising and verbal harrasement at the Eastwood Expo Center in Niles, Oh. Local tv & radio advertised a Liquidation Sale with $5.00 leather purses, wallets, kid's & adult shoes and designer perfume. When we got there, none of these items were available for the price advertised. When I questioned vendors, I was told they didn't know what I was talking about.

I approached a management type person and asked to speak to the person in charge. As I waited for the Show Manager, the staff person I had initially approched proceeded to belittle my complaint, called me a b***h, told me to shut my mouth and threatned several times to have me "drug out by the police". I had not raised my voice or used any foul language with this person, so I am at a total loss why I was treated this way!! In addition my 5 year old neice was completley traumitized by this man and still thinks the police are going to come and take me away!!

BEWARE of sales like this where they advertise unbelievable prices on items. They are unbelivablle because it is a lie!! Obviously when I tried to complain I hit a nerve because I didn't fall into the trap!
