Complaint Review: Easy auto repair

They state they will finance you auto repairs.  In this economy this seems like it is God sent. But in actually they are ripping people off left and right.  I personally know 4 people vehicles they have repairs and they breaK down in less than 90 days.   You repeatedly call them, they will let the phone go to voice mail.  My autho was repaired by them, I was quoted one price and then fother charges added. right after my repair, I had an illness that prevented me from driving my auto for 2 months. I drove it less than 500 miles. It broke down with the same problems they supposedly fixed. I had it towed back to my home at a cost of $80. Called them the next day. they camd right away and towed it back to their shop on Atlantic Boulevard almost 1 month ago. I informed them it was the same problem and I had not really driven the car because I was dealing with breast cancer. They informed me the warranty on their work had expired and I still owed them $5,000 for the repairs. I  had been calling them for 2 months, I stopped paying them because the auto was not working right and would not go into 1st gear. Now they tell me I can't get my car unless I give tjem $900 and if they fix it I have to pay them more money to fix it.  My niece had to take the police up there with here to get her auto.  My co worker had to call them over 20 times to get the status of her car.  90% of the time your call will go to voice mail and NO return call. THESE PEOPLE ARE RIP OFF ARITST. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE. IF ANYONE ELSE HAS A PROBLEM WITH THEM, AND I KNOW THERE ARE PLENTY PEOPLE OUT THERE. LET GET THIS LEGAL  PROCESS STARTED AND GET JUSTICE FOR ALL THE PEOPLE THEY HAVE CHEATED OUT OF THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY.
