Went into store to purchase some sub woofers and a amp for my car... See a $20 amp on there little junk of the junk table and asked the employee about what was wrong with it? She respond's with, I don't know... Ok is ther any info in your computer? No... OK, well then... I was also checking out this sub as well, here is the sticker can you tell me what series of JL it is? Umm, I don't know... So there's nothing in the computer about it? No... So how did you guys determine its a $100 sub? Oh we just look at a picture that look's close to the item... WHAT? So you mean to tell me, you didn't even look for the model number on sub and look at the real cost? Not that I know of, no...

At this point in the sell I should of just gave in and pocketed my money, after all I liked the store alot and had brought in almost $800 worth of sales for them that month, just from word of mouth... What happens next makes me so upset I will never buy anything from them again...

So I get the JL and go with a fairly nice amp... Of course I got the Worry free gaurantee (lol)... So I go buy my wireing kit spend the next week hooking it up... It sounded like dog turds to say the least, im like ok well it has to be this sub they sold me, apparently they sold it to me for the price of a better model that looked just like a picture I found of a piece of junk JL... (Should of seen that one)

I find receipt and im taking this back, subs not sounding right and I dont want to blow it... Looking at price so I have a clue with what amount I have to work with, I was just going to use more funds and get something bigger... The employee didn't give me the coverage on the sub? What... Its clearily on the amp, why did she not put it on the sub? I specificly stated that I dont take chance's with used audio gear, ive been in the game long enough to know better... I was installing systems since back in the 80's before people knew what systems where... Anywho, lets just say they where nice enough to switch them out ( probally because I told them ill spend more money on something bigger)... SOOO, I still don't learn... I find some japan made subs and I gently push in one side of the sub to fill if its blown, my friends at other end pushes his side in and goes,"Theses are going to wang", even though he has no clue either and in that instance I didnt even think to check the other sub, thanks bud...

So im looking around find 2 subs blown and tell the manager about them and ask what kind of price are we looking at her? Oh $150... what? These are some cheap off brand that I you can buy for $100 new... This guy, everything else was so over priced I couldn't do it... So I just bought the jap brand after I got him down $20 dollars and hook them up... These sound like poop as well, it has to be the amp of the unit im using to convert the rca for the factory deck... I work 50 hrs a week so I dont have time to run back, im just going to take it all back, I dont have time for this junk... I purchased the warranty so its all good and I wasnt even going to ask for my money back just in store credit, ill pick out something else and get as far away from that store as possible... Long story short they wont give me any credit, they wont do aything because I "Blew" the sub ( ironicly so did the guy next to me who was there complaining tabout the same thing)...

All im going to tell you is they will scam you, you can dump all the junk you can on them (go look at the stuff they sell you) they underpay you if you bring in good stuff (sold a $350 tablet to them=$60 dollars, complained about it and they never put the tablets out on the case again so I can see what they where selling them for, sold it online I imagine)...

Never, never buy anything from them and for the love of god dont fall into to there warranty scam and get an extra 10-20 dollars from you.... They will not honor it and will find away to say its your fault... They do this to almost everyone...
