EASY CLOSETS.COM contemporary closets.COM ,pro closets.COM MELAMINE PARTS WERE IN TERRIBLE CONDITION, CHIPED, CRACKED, AND PANELS/VERTICLES WERE NOT DRILLED PROPERLY pine brook, New Jersey
First of all I worked at this company as an installer which didn't last very long.I got fired for ????? they said lateness but other people were late too so ????? The installers in this company suck they do not properly secure your units to the studs in the wall,which can be extremely dangerous.they will not go the extra mile to make the customer happy. (I DID) AND I HAVE PROOF.I decided to be nice and buy material from them one day on there easyclosets.com website to make some money because there salary sucks. I spend close to $2300.00 And received chipped,scratched,and verticals were not drilled properly.I drilled them my self sand down chipped edges and corners and trust me it takes time. THERE NOTHING EASY ABOUT EASY CLOSETS IF THEY KEEP MAKING MISTAKES. They fired me after I purchased material from them? There material is cheap and priced HIGH and if you think your getting a deal your really not.Better go to A company that cares about there workers and clients. PEOPLE GO FOR THE SMALL COMPANIES THEY CARE TRUST ME.
I expressed to them things that will make there product better and I was told THIS IS HOW WE DO THINGS HERE!!!!! Im not doing this for vengeance because I have enough work. I was also a unhappy client.

I was in the process of researching closet installations, and was studying the Easy-Closet systems, when I stumbled across the rip off report.
The negative report gave me a second look at considering it as potential system. I planned on having a carpenter perform the installation.
While there was one negative among the positive reports, statistically the sample size it is not sufficient to substantiate that the negative claim should be dismissed, using attribute data.
One must consider the consumers who have not provided input of their experiences. I believe the company should initiate a proactive investigation of the customer quality from customers, as well as develop a quality control plan, in order to ensure a robust product to the consumers.
