This company has quite a return scam going.....if you have to return an item, they will be more than glad to send you an email containing a Merchandise Return Label...this label DOES NOT Have a tracking number, when you try to purchase Delivery Confirmation, the post office will tell you that because the company is picking up the tab...you can't purchase it  (the rule has changed and now you can purchase it, most postmasters are unaware of this and will deny you anyway...)..this company will conveniently tell you they never received the package and keep both the items and your money...pay for the shipping yourself so you have a record of shipment.....although if I were you I would avoid doing business with these ripoff artists altogether...tell your friends....

The owner of this company has agreed to work with me and has given me a full in store credit for the returned product even though they cannot find the original items and in turn shipped out OEM replacement products...this is VERY ADMIRABLE of this gentleman and in turn will continue to do business with them....if I could retract this complaint I would since this IS a company worth doing business with....

This group of companies is not a scam and has been operating for over 10 years with many happy, repeat customers.

This individual is being dealt with as fairly as possible and will be taken care of in a positive, timely manner.

Our company does not us US Post as a way to ripoff customers, why would we send a free return label if that was the case. We are paying to have it returned.

It is obvious that there some sort if break down in the system that has taken a bit longer to resolve, but rest assured it will be.
