Easy Loans - Advanced Check Processing Do not let them scare you Internet
I had borrowed $200.00 from Easy loans. unfortunatley times got a little hard and i was unable to pay amount back at that present time. About 3 months later I was at my place of employment, when I received a call from a woman called Sharon Jackson claiming she was from Florida Bad Checks and that she had some information for me. She called me at 12.00pm and said at 1.15pm she would be sending my file to Hillsborought Sherrifs department, where a warrant for my arrest would be issued and that upon thema reesting me, I would have to pay $2400.00 restitution and the amount also of $400.02 for my loan. this scared me as i am a professional and a mother to 5. I like alot of people, borrowed the money and sent to the address given via money Gram. I then called Sharon Jackson again to verify receipt, when she answered the phone she answered FLorida Bad Checks! I still thought at this time ok my bill is paid.. i dont have to worry about being arrested all is okay. As the afternoon continued it just was not making any sense. SO, I left a message for Easy Loans to call me.
I spoke with a lady in customer service, I asked if she had receipt of my payment. She informed me that it had been sent to Advance Check Processing(there collections department). I went on in further detail how one i had recei ved this phone call etc etc. SHE informed me that she had over 5-6 dozen calls this week alone regarding the tactics of Miss Sharon Jackson. PLEASE do not let this nasty woman scare you. I followed up with her supervisor who really was not worth the effort, as well as Jacksonville police department and State Attorney. What she is doing is wrong and unethical. If she had of said, "lok we need to take care of this" What kind of an arrangement can we make" i would have been able to stomach that. But she said she had run my background and because it was clear, I could exhonerate myself and just take care of this so i dont go to jail.
Please do not let these people get away with this, ask questions report there behavioour, it is wrong!!!!

The same thing happen to me yesterday and I wished I had seen your report then, only after I paid it and stopped stressing out and worrying I was gonna be arrested did it seem weird to me. I have sense found out you can not be arrested for this it is a civil matter not a criminal one. I dealt with a Vanessa Miller she said her name was anyway she was nice and acted like she was helping me out by calling me and warning me what was about to happen, she to was in Jacksonsville, Florida. She told me my bond would be set at 2100.00 and it would cost me thousands in court cost and attorney fees plus what I owed which was 300.00 loan but had to send 785.00 by money gram. I feel so stupid now! But she did what she sit out to do and scared me to death by telling me I would be arrested at my place of work today. I am not sure how these people sleep at night doing this to people all the time, I just hope one day they get to answer for what they do to others.
