Complaint Review: Easy Saver

I check my account frequently and noticed a $14.95 charge on JAN 22 2009. I found out it was Easy Saver, in Maryland and a PH# 800-262-6199 on my bank statement. Who in the world is Easy Saver? I called this#, it says thank you for calling membership service. To help us assist you with your product needs please enter your ph# now.

If you are calling to discontinue your membership, please press 1 now. How can I discontinue something that I donot know about. There business hours are from 9AM-9PM EST. I just ordered so items over Christmas time last year from Kmart and coinnetwork.com web site. And this month from Bergners website. I normally never do this. And I will not do it again.

Even thou it is a small amount, which could turn into a large one it not noticed right away. Believe me I will go the stores to shop. A customer service rep from my bank told me to go to my locate branch on Monday to dispute the charge. I will do this and request my card to be cancelled immediatley. It is so funny how you can be taking advantage of! ""Be Aware"
