Easy Soft LLC Took my money and disappeared other other
I paid for 3 years of extended warranty on my computer and support services for $1350. This was on 7/1/17. For 2 months I could contact my assigned Easy Soft technician who checked my computer for viruses, etc and generally checked my computer to make sure it was functioning properly. Then, their phone number no longer worked. I went to their website and sent a message to contact me. About 2 months later, the assigned technician called with a new contact telephone number. However, for 2 months after that I called the new number and only got a voice mail to leave a message. I left messages and again sent a message through the Easy Soft website. Finally, I got another call back.
I just tried to contact the Easy Soft. No phone number I have for them even allows me to leave a message, I tried to go to their website to send a message. The website no longer seems to exit.
I have been ripped off totally. I have over 2 more years of service due me and Easy Soft LLC is nowhere to be found.
