I ordered what was supposed to be a trial size of their whitening product and discovered in the small print (thankfully I read it) that I needed to return the product within 10 days or I would be billed almost $80! I panicked, went online and cancelled and chose to return the product. Afterwards, I realized I didn't feel I should have to pay to avoid further charges when I was misled in the first place. I called the customer service number, which of course is nothing more than a call center in another country, who refused to help me in any way except to say that it is clearly stated that if I don't return it, I will be charged. They sent me to easywhitelabs.com and that information is clearly stated on their homepage but NOT on the landing page or in the terms of use I was sent to in the first place and ordered from. They were no help at the call center and it was a very frustrating 45 minutes between the wait time and conversation time. I would hate to have their job as I am sure I am not the only one getting ripped off and how horrible it would be to listen to people yell at them all day. I actually asked him how he could work for a company like that...I could never do that, no matter how broke I was. I left a $70,000 job because of unethical business that was occuring.

Dear Michele,
We are sorry for the misunderstanding of our terms. Our site does not state a "trial size" product it clearly states a "trial period" to try our product before committing to purchasing the product. When you filled out your order information you also checked a box stating that you have read and understood how the offer works which stated clearly in 12 point font how our offer works which is the same on our home page, order page, emailed to you after order is completed, and a copy is supplied to you in the box that your product is mailed in. Also it did not state that you had to return the product within 10 days. The offer stated that you had to call us to cancel within 10 days and if you choose to return the product then we would give you 15 days from your cancel date to return the product back to us at the customers' expense. Any site that takes you to our order page takes you to the same order form where the terms are clearly stated and has to be agreed to before the order can be submitted.
Looking at your account we did receive your return back within the timeframe for the return and your account with us is closed. Again we are sorry for any misunderstanding that may have occurred with your order.

Sincerely,
EasyWhite Labs
