I tried this call answering service for a free trial for two weeks.  What an awful scam!  Their operators - all located in El Salvador - took down every caller name and email and phone number incorrect.   It was so that I could not return the calls of my potential clients or get in touch with the callers.  Their intake process did not do a good job and I would tell them I would like certain urgent calls transferred and then they started transferring all calls to my cell phone night and day.

I tried working with them how to revise the system and work with the operators to assist me - and they just did not care.   Although the trial did not cost me money - I lost tons of clients and money in prospects.  Stay away from this sub par answering service. The positive reviews are posted by people who work there btw. Richard Bell - who posts positive reviews- is an owner of the company.  What a scam!
