Company advertises competitively priced HVAC products nationally via online website and claims to accept online purchases via a secure online credit card provider. However, company has no mechanism to ship products! They have no shipping account with any major service provider (UPS, Fedex etc.). They have no service department for order follow up, can not process credit cards, they loose orders, fail to return phone calls, and do not ship product as promised. Seems pretty incompetent right? Beyond incompetent--Scanks! Some contractor liquidating unsold crap out of the back of his pickup truck.

Easy HVAC Products has been in business at its large warehouse location in metro Atlanta for 9 years and has sold hundreds of extremely well-priced HVAC units and thermostats to customers all over the USA.

To directly address every concern in this report:

  • Easy HVAC accepts credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and JCB) and PayPal payments.
  • Easy HVAC has accounts with multiple shipping carriers including both FedEx and UPS. Because we do everything possible to save our customers money, we generate shipping quotes on an order-by-order basis and choose the carrier with the best price to deliver your order.
  • Because orders require shipping quotes and a conversation between Easy HVAC and its customers, online payment processing is disabled. This is to streamline the ordering process and ensure that the unit cost and shipping will be charged on the same payment.
  • After the shipping cost is approved by the customer and payment is processed, an order will take 1-2 days to be shipped from our 67,000 square foot warehouse.
  • Many orders will arrive within a few days of shipment; most will be there within a week.
  • Easy HVAC Products does not have a service department since our business focuses on keeping costs low for our customers. We do not troubleshoot and cannot determine what a system's needs are, so it is best to know what unit you need before contacting Easy HVAC Products.

I am a full-time employee of Easy HVAC Products. This is a reputable company that works hard to save customers a lot of money on what is usually quite expensive HVAC equipment.
