easykits.org charged $77. for the upgrade I did not want after viewing the programs for $4.97 Internet

I purchased a package at the price of $4.97 to take a look at their program.Over the Easter weekend the company took $77.00 from my checking account that I did not approve.When I contacted customer service on April 6th I was informed that there was a three day viewing limit before you had to buy the upgraded version.

There is no where on the site that informed me of this three day limit.The customer service agent informed me that the company would only reimburse me $38.00 of my money.When they took this money from my checking account it put my account in the hole.

I am unemployed at this time and my husband has become disabled.I am now trying to find a way to pay my cell phone bill without further damaging my account.This company has not only taking unapproved money from my account!They have taken my ability to pay my bills which in turn leaves me destitute and took away my peace of mind.

They have yet to return the $38.00 they promised and to discontinue my membership.I tried to send an email to get all of my monies back but can't seem to find an email address for the billing site.The customer service agent told me I would have to contact billing to get a full refund.Well good luck with that !

It has become obivious to me that they have no intention of refunding anything!!!They provide you with no way of contacting billing.
