I went on the easy life website from an ad that was on Facebook. I went to the site and placed an order for a front laced deep curl wave, black wig, the ad said that it did not smell that it did not tangle, or smell that the hair did not fall out. The ad stated that the wig had adjustable straps on the cap, and combe to secure it. It was suppose to have front lace. The day  got the wig, I opened it, it smelled bad, it was tangled, the hair was falling out, there was no cap, straps, or combs, it was very tagled, and the lace was already cut from the wig. I have been trying to get a refund ever since. I sent pictures and the lady said that it was not like that when they sent it, and it was exactly as advertised, and that was not true. The wig looked badly used. I have requested the return address , 3 times and no one has responded
