EasyRoommate.com (which is advertised via Google ads) doesn't have enough users on their site. Despite this, they are charging rentees/landlords $24.90 to list their rooms for rent. No prospects are within any reasonable area of my listing?! When I complained, they stated the service is free and I didn't have to pay. That is false. I was never offered a free service as a rentee. It asked for all my info and then payment. Terrible company! They need to be shutdown. If you go to their legal page, they have legal banter that is intented to scare victims. Criminals from the United Kingdom is what they are!
I've contacted PayPal, BBB, Federal Trade Commission, and various other online reporting venues.
Don't give your money to EasyRoommate.com. Shame on Google for not investigating what they advertise!!! I will never click on a Google ad again!!!
