ok. after reading your reports on this i feel a great amount of empathy for everyone. here was my experience: i was suckered into buying this tea from a co-worker. i was desperate to lose a few pounds and she convinced me that it was on oprah, i could do the $4.95 (or close to that, can't remember) trial offer and i had nothing to lose. i stupidly believed her. so anyway, after i received the tea and realized it was just oolong tea that i can get in the korean supermarket for 3 bucks, i decided to cancel. little did i know how difficult it would be to cancel. i could not locate a phone number or email address to save my life. after researching, i sent an email to cancel my order. i asked that my credit card no longer be charged. here's the msg. i recvd. back from them: Hello, You have been removed from the autoship program and you will not be receiving any further shipments. As per the Terms and Conditions you agreed to before placing your order, your card will be charged the discounted rate of $37 for the full month's supply of slimming tea that you have already received. If you wish to return your first shipment for a refund please contact me back for full instructions. Again, I have cancelled your autoship membership and you will not be receiving any further shipments however, you can reactivate your autoship program at any time, and I will place you back on the VIP list for discounted rates simply by sending me a request via email. I can tell you that although it may not be for everyone, Wu-Yi slimming tea personally helped me to lose weight and gave me an incredible rush of new life. I hate to see you go but I do understand how difficult losing weight can be. I'd like to thank you for giving it an honest effort. Have I addressed all of your concerns or is there something else that I can help you with today? Respectfully, Sarah. so yeah, after canceling with them, i noticed on my bank acct. i was charged $37.00 plus an addtl. $19.99 for live and lean weight loss msgs. that apparently is automatically charged when you go on the tea website. anyway, after being so fed up with them and a nasty email that i sent, here was their response:

Anyway, by this point i was just really angry and felt like it was more trouble than it was worth. it was seriously a few months of arguing with them so i sucked it up as a loss, but anyway, here are the email addresses that i used for anyone that wants to contact them. TeaHelp@USA.com support@easyweightlosstea.com and markcustomersupport@gmail.com Hope this helps at least someone. I just didn't have the patience for them anymore. Good luck at getting a refund. So to make a long story short I ended up paying 50 something bucks for tea and weight loss tips.
