Complaint Review: Eaton Group

My wife and father inlaw had taken out a loan about 5 years ago and could pay it. They just recently received info that they were being sued. We though the statute had ran out but my wife made a payment in 2006. She will have to pay the amount. The reason I am writing this is know your rights before you settle.
