I worked for Eau Claire Ford and Kurt Nelson who fired me for not having high enough numbers. Kurt Nelson said I was working below the minimal acceptable performance level. My numbers in reality were higher than my 2 other co-workers which I can prove with documentation that was actually given to me on a daily basis directly from the service department. I feel this was race related being the only hispanic employed there at that time and urt making the comment to me to "be understanding to upset customers because you don't know if maybe a guy just found out that his daughter just got pregnant by a mexican, or his dog just got hit by a car.".

I have been working as a Service Advisor for Ford for more than 3 years up until now. I also feel that charging what they charge for "engine light diagnostics" is way overpriced. There are times when this service takes only a few minutes to do. There is also an after warranty assistance program that helps loyal Ford customers pay for services, usually bigger repairs like engine or transmission repairs, but not limited to other repairs. I know Kurt Nelson was going to "help" a customer who had never been there before and said "It's not just cuz I know him".

This man lied to me, I suggest using caution when going here for auto repairs. Get estimates on paper and check around before having them done(especially here). I was treated unfairly as an employee, I hate to think how a paying customer may be treated.....
