Complaint Review: EAuctions Bid Fuel

I signed up for a Ebay auction introduction kit for a small fee, I'd have to find that, it was around 4.95 after I paid for that they sent me an email stating I would be billed 39.99. I sent an Email and told them to cancell this that I was not interested in the program. From june/07 till now they have taken 49.90 from my checking account. We thought it was from another pre-pay, but after printing it out and looking at the company name that was with drawing money, we realized this was not authorized.

I called the company and she asked for a comformation number to cancel account. I had none, all they sent me was an email, Cancelation Confirmation:

Dear Customer,

We regret to hear of your request to cancel at this time. Your account with Bid Fuel has been canceled, due to your request. There will be no further billings or charges on your statement. If you have any further questions, please call 1-866-4071021.

So, I have to go to the bank with all this to support what has been done and have them stop this right now.
