Complaint Review: Eaudespace

I ordered this via kickstarter originally in july 2020, with delivery timeline october 2020 then later they send me email saying i need to re-place the order on their website and gave me a promo code that would make the amount zero as i had already paid 37 dollars via kickstarter.

I did it, kept waiting a few months, they repeat the same thing telling me to order again. After a few months told me to do it again, i still never got anything. Then i keep writing to them via email and kickstarter messages they have supposedly sent me replacement twice, but not once ever they gave me a working tracking number or even any proof that item was recieved by mailing company.

Now after 2 years they have stopped replying altogether. They also do not accept paypal because obviously people would claim their money back that way. There is no info about company on website or anywhere else. Over 90% of people who backed their massive campaign on kickstarter, and those who still order via their website never got anything.
