Complaint Review: EAX WorldWide LLC

This company is completely devoid of human decency. I am all for capitalism, but robbing people (and non-profit companies) blind is disgraceful. I used the to transport one small box to an exhibit (24lb.) and it cost well over $500. The quotes this company provides are very crafty, and make it appear as if their services are competitive with other companies. They hide many costs such as security, inside pickup, convention delivery, wait time, etc. Run quickly in the other direction, and find someone reputable to do business with. PS: their staff have zero customer service skills.
