I have over $75 of cashback from purchases in November 2011. The payment was scheduled to release on Feb 15 on their website, and now it  changed to May 15 without notice. It's scam to keep holding on your money until you forget or until their business sink under just like Cashbaq. From now on, I'll use fatwallet.com, at least I never had a problem with them and they pay monthly.

If the Cash Back in your account was from November and was not sent in February, it is likely that we did not have your name and address on-file in your Ebates.com profile.  Without this information, we cannot process any payment.  If this information has now been added, we can still send out your payment.   Since you have not used your full name or email address in this complaint, I cannot find your account specifically, but please feel free to contact our Customer Care team for assistance.   I'm sure that we can assist you.
