Ebates Ebates.com does not recognize purchases through their site , Internet
EBATES IS A SCAM WEBSITE. Dont use! They get you to sign up and then wont honor your purchases. They actually told me I was lying when I told them that I DID use their site when I made my purchases. I have made several big purchases and they refuse to honor them by telling me I didnt use their website to go to the purchase site. Well, I just signed up with ebates a couple of weeks ago and WHY WOULD I EVEN BOTHER TO DO SO if I had no intention of using their site???? Doesnt make any
sense. Does it to you? I am going to spread the word to everybody I know

We do look into all customer complaints. In cases where we are contacted, we investigate and try to earn credit for our members if possible. We then politely respond. We only have this member's first name, so I won't be able to find the message that we sent at the time, but this does seem to be misrepresented. If the member will provide their full name, I'm sure that I can more completely respond to this report.
Ebates has an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau. Ebates also
has 100,000 raving fans on Facebook.
