Ebatterys WARNING: EBATTERYS ARE TERRIBLE AND A RIPPOFF! Internet

Ordered (5) batteries on June 24th 2013. We received no notification from them and they will NOT post a customer service number. After sending them several emails we finally got an email stating for us to be patient in very broken english. We finally received batteries a month later!  One of the batteries was bad and would not charge right out of the box!!

Since they refuse to list a phone number to speak with someone, We had to rely on many (BROKEN ENGLISH) emails with no resolution .When I told them we were upset by how they were treating us, SELENA sent us an email telling us to "take it easy".

They have simply refused to call or send us a new battery.Buyer beware.....they have no telephone number and use GMAIL instead of a company type email.

We have noticed many other complaints on the internet..................................LOOK OUT !!
