I purchased a laptop from ebay.com .The seller defrauded me and sent me a non-functioning laptop of a different brand.Obvious fraud.Ebay said i was covered by their protection buyer program.I opened a case ...They then said they can not cover me ,because i told the seller i wanted it gift wrapped and i paid full customs .
beware ebay protection program is fraud .I lost 500 dollars and they do not want to cover me
