Complaint Review: EBay

EBay allows non-paying bidders to leave negative feedback against sellers. Nealvinyl, an eBay seller, has damaged the reputation of numerous sellers by his scams. He bids, wins, then contacts seller to haggle over costs clearly stated in the auction. He leaves negative feedback if you don't meet his new terms. He has done this to a number of eBay sellers and has 26 negatives on his own account.

EBay should not allow non-paying bidders to leave feedback at all, or at least allow sellers to block bidders who have excessive negatives.
