Your message to eBay Customer Support:"I
have not received the correct earphones. I paid $60 for them, but
haven't received them. I received the wrong earphones (which were worth
$9.99 upon research in his store listings.) I shipped the pair back to
him and am still waiting to receive the earphones I ordered. Pictures of
the wrong earphones (showing the seller's shipping address) have been
provided in the case. The tracking number for the original and return
shipment were provided in the case. This seller has done nothing to
correct the issue. He replies with nothing but a repeated tracking
number for the original shipment which included the WRONG EARPHONES.
This decision should be 100% in my favor. I do not understand what the
issue is here. Read the entire case. Check the links I provided showing
what he sent me and what I haven't received. "

I've worked with 128headphones before. I've ordered maybe 20-30 headsets from the guy. You're the only who's had a problem with him from what I've heard.
Never had a problem. Dealt with customer service twice. Both were straightforward and simple affairs. These affairs occurred between 2008 and 2011.
Maybe your one case didn't go well, but don't tell the world he needs to be canned and don't give your stupid excuse that feedback percentages are "bullsh*t".
Keep yelling. I'm sure that'll get you somewhere.
