EBAY AND PAYPAL ripoff THEY WILL NOT REFUND WHEN THEY OWE YOU MONEY... Minnesota Internet
A double payment was issued to a seller in the amount excedding $2500. The seller did not get the funds ebay/paypal kept the money. I sent emails for 30 -45 days.
No I had to fax my license, utility bill. (like they could see it was me on the license). Still not giving it back.
They finally said they would keep it for 6 months just to be save they said.
I told them Accourding to the contract I agreed to whne a seller does not collect the funds (uncollected funds) An automatic return will be done in 30 days. I told them they were in BREACH OF OUT CONTRACT AND I WAS TAKING ACTION. They sent my money back within 2 weeks of that email.
BUT THEY kept my REFUND OF $26! NO LIE THEY WILL NOT GIVE IT BACK IT HAS BEEN OVER 3 MONTHS NOW
NOE THEY HAVE SUSPENDED MY ACCOUNT GO FIGURE
