Complaint Review: EBAY AND SELLER GBAYEMPORIUM

Ebay Burnaby office closing it's doors. It's going to be extrememly hard for Mr. Geoff Holland aka Gbayemporium to rely upon and/or request favors from his friend/friends at the Burnaby, BC, CA office now.

Ebay Community Blog closing it's doors 10/31/2009. How convenient.

You know I have always heard of the old saying "what goes around, comes around". In this case, it's relevant! None too soon.

GBAYEMPORIUM SUSPENDED

Justice? Geoff Holland aka ebay member Gbayemporium suspended from Ebay. However he claims it was a foul-up. He was reinstated after approx 8 hours. I do not for 1 minute believe that Ebay mistakenly' suspended him. All of his 5000 listings were removed, his blog completely deleted. He can claim it was a foul-up if he wants to. I just can't believe that Ebay would remove a gold powerseller with over 5000 listings without reason. I am sure that since he lives very close to the Burnaby office then he probably went down there and persuaded them (his friends)to let him back in. Ebay is corruptthe back door left WIDE OPEN.

Gbayemporium was reinstated by eBay so in all fairnness,it needs to be posted.

There is justice in the world even if the effects are felt only temporarily.Gbayemporium aka Mr. Geoffry R Holland has had his account suspended from eBay for his cumulative examples of bad behavior and inadvertantly bringing eBay into a criminal investigation regarding Mr. Holland for Identity theft and computer hacking resulting in the destruction of two web sites.

It should also be noted that his eBay blog was removed in it's entirety for some reason.Thjat he will possibly be back doing business the same sick and vindictive way is almost a granted but the consumer world can at least hope that he learns a lesson that he is not above the law and rules/regulations.

An interesting note is that the gbayemporiumexposed video on youtube was removed and the producer's privalages were suspended for posting nothing but the truth but the president of ebay susbscribed tot he site and shortly thereafter it was taken down.Anytime that the truth is hidden,then the whole company becomes suspect.Beware folks.

I should note that I have been suspended as well to be fair but I am tickled pink at the outcome.

I think that is what reserve is for, but I hate those. I need to rethink.

I had a junk/antique shop in an antique mall in Great Falls,Montana and competition among 30 dealers was a buyer's delight.Whenever dealers came in fro out of state on a buying trip,we all came in and bargained the price that we were willing to sell.Those were fun days.I managed a Sambos right up the street so it was nothing to pop over and hawk my wares to makle any profit,especially when the Canadian dollar fell so low that they could no longer come over the border to shop economically.

I believe you should stop harassing him.

Just because you have issues with your past doesn't mean you should drag him through the mud.

He's helped me in so many ways with my grief and guilt issues. Without him I'd be in a mental hospital.

So does the person that sold the bootleg DVDs!!

Fortunately for them they didn't get suspended.

In response to gbayemporiums ridiculous supposition that I am a disgruntled former seller or scam artist: Try again. My membership with eBay is in good standing and I am an active member. Your time would be much better spent endeavoring to find a solution to this situation. Reputation IS everything you know.


Proposed Solution:
Gbayemporium should issue a public AND private statement immediately on all his public forums and thru email options apologizing to all that he has insulted and denigrated. Gbayemporium should also cease and desist all hatefilled speech and bigotry. Only then will the complaints cease, IMHO.

At the time I had a counter on my eBay blog that gave the visitors IP and how long they stayed on my posts.

Several times I caught gabyemporium hovering for hours going over back posts to find the smallest violation which he reported along with several others of his organized group attempting to have me removed from eBay.Four hours+ is the longest amount of time that he acted like a vulture searching for deam carcasses.He also did the same thing to numerous others who dared to make any kind of stand against him as can be substantiated by the numerous amounts of reports throughtout many of the webs sites that had dealings with gbayemporium.

I have witnessed all of the above comments that were left by gbayemporium on the eBay blogs. These are only the TIP of the iceberg when it comes to nasty comments left by gbayemporium on the eBay blogs. I have also been on the receiving end of his hate filled comments. With all the other retailers on the Web, why do business with such a hate filled foul mouthed person? I know I will never do so. Thank you J for putting it all out there.

This consists of two entries,one to ebay Customer Service after a lengthy conversation with staff and the 2nd part is the gbayemporium eBay Blog post depicting a side view of a representation of me,nude,showing a picture of my p***s being measured by a ruler,2 3/4" BTW.

The exemplifies his vulgar sexual postings on the eBay Blogs to fulfill an agenda to exert a form of power over others.

I called eBay and this was the method that I was given to submit this report against gbayemporium.The authorization is below this body.

This post entitled:"Crazy :Larry Has A Tiny d**k",about me,was posted and then removed rather quickly as is gbayemporium's method once the impact is felt.His reasoning is so that it can't be utilized against him for being held accountable.This time he made a serious mistake.The URL is at the bottom of the post and if you place your mouse over the picture and left click,a window will appear and then open proiperties.You will see that the picture was taken from his own photobucket account today.

Gbayemporium has gotten away with his vulgar and often times threatening comments and posts.He is reponsible for so many being sanctioned on the blogs for their entries and listings as well.This has to stop.That this photo which is supposedly to be me is degrading and libelous.I ask that you enact the maximum sanctions against him for not this but the cumulative reports as well.

This comment was made to me about my dead daughter who died from a heroin overdose.He of course deleted it quickly as is his norm and feigned innocence once again so that he could not be sanctioned by eBay.

More proof that "Menyon" needs help.

This "menyon" person is a chronic and habitual liar who cannot be trusted in any way.

I witnessed this referenced event on eBay where gbayemporium made the statements that stalkedwhisper was selling sexual acts for money thus accussing her of prostitution.I also witnessed his quick deletion of said comments and reposting a reworked copy by him stating that she admitted to being a hooker selling sexual favors.

This is gbayemporium's modus operandi in a consistent manner.He deltes his vulgar and threatening eBay Blog entries once they have made their impact and then feigns innocence and a victim of a conspiracy against him.

Many more witnessed this same vulgar and profane entry against a fine lady and were totally shocked that he would stoop to such levels.The reports against gabyemporium to eBay mount up into the many hundreds.We have no idea as to any sanctions against him because of the privacy laws.

That this post written by gbayemporium is a total fabrication meant to further destroy stalkedwhisper is 100% true

I've bought many CDs from this eBay seller, and he's always been polite, friendly, fast and courteous.
He even took the time to track down a CD I'd been wanting for over 10 years, and only charged me his cost on it.
He ships quickly, cheaply and safely, and I would recommend him to anyone.

J, from reading your report I have to think that you should find counselling.
