Complaint Review: EBay -automotive-literature

This person sells car information and sent me four pages ripped out of a book for which I paid $6.50 US. What he does is he doesn't leave feedback if you pay him. He waits until you leave him feedback and if you leave him negative feedback, he will do the same for you. SO there is no choice but to leave him positive feedback.

This is how he is getting away with this scam. I hope others who have been taken by this guy named Lee will post here in support of what I feel is a scam. This guy is getting very rich by scamming others and I don't think it's fair
