ebay continues to spam me.. I have identified their emails as spam that they originate, I complain to webmaster and they send back an FAQ as if I was a registered subscriber. I am not and will not be as they are so lax in responding to legitimate complains. No ammount of four letter words will cause them to get off their "asses" and remove me from their spamming operation which they call "favorite sellers" Again, I am not a subscriber and have been getting bogus sales emails for over a year now... 70+ complaint (I send one monthly) is to no avail.. so i keep calling them every vile name I know... I am running out now.. last one used up my arsenal... MO Fo's has no impact, nor does references to their parents not being married.

I would like to enjoin a class action suit... they owe me big time for their interfering with my "quiet enjoyment" of internet mail services. They really suck as a service organization and I do not mean that in a good way.

Russell,

Rest assured that those emails ARE NOT from Ebay. Guaranteed. Ebay ONLY sends email to a REGISTERED account address of an ebay account. If you have no account you will get no email. Guaranteed.

The thing you need to do is educate yourself on determining the true source of an email, and then make the appropriate spam complaints to the actual host of that domain.

The emails you are getting are called "phishing" emails. They are phoney and are designed to steal your personal and/or financial information.

Ebay emails...

It's possible that the emails you're getting aren't actually from Ebay. Try forwarding the emails to spoof@ebay.com. You might be getting phishing spam from someone trying to steal information figuring you have an Ebay account.
