eBay Inc. eBay failed to Honor 100% money back guarantee, refund shipping charges. San Jose California

eBay does not honor it's 100% money back guarantee including shipping costs.  The seller, tcoplusone, did not reveal that he required a signature on my item, and thus the shipper demanded that I be home to sign for the item--an outdated piece of office equipment barely worth $90--when I specifically said it was okay to take my signature page and leave the item.
 After a battle than included a BBB complaint (Complaint #392160), both the seller and eBay refused to refund the shipping charge, since I wanted the item but never received it, since I was at work when they attempted to deliver.  I even asked FedEx after the first failed delivery to please come before 10:00, which they would not, since I work every day of the week.  They did not, and ultimately they shipped my package back against my will and did not refund the shipping.
 Both the seller tcoplusone and eBay went to great lengths to fight me on this, which is shocking.  Sellers and eBay have gotten really greedy lately and refuse to make the customer 100% satisfied.  I'm now shifting all my buying OFF ebay and back to Amazon.com, where I've never had a problem.
