eBay provides Buyer Protection Fraud in favor seller who keep pay eBay listing fees and PayPal transaction fees that rejected my 79.99 refund request since buyer pay nothng to eBay. PayPal - www.paypal.com is an eBay company.
I did not receive an $79.99 order includes shipping fees that order from a Hong Kong seller though eBay and made payment to Paypal on December 24th 2010.
eBay kept sending the same message that provided from Hong Kong seller who claimed they mailed this order on December 30th 2010 while Paypal transferred 79.99 to Hong Kong on December 29th 2010 and item arrived in New York on Jaunary 8th 2011.
eBay Buyer Protection vs meritline.com and 6Ave.com
I got resnt item from 6 Ave within 3 days after I claimed that I did not receive my order around one years ago. I got my full refund from meritline.com within one day around three months ago. The reason I asked refund beause the item shipped from Hong Kong and I dont want to keep waiting for the other month. eBay so call Buyer Protection nothing but fraud in favor of seller who keep pay eBay listing fees and PayPal transaction fees.Never ever care buyer interest.
PS: I deal with meritline.com alreay more than 100 times. A lot of Meritline.com orders are direct shipping from Hong Kong and receive in 3-4 weeks in general.

First you say you did not get your order and then you say you did, you say you asked for a refund because you did not want to wait a month, got the refund?
How did they cheat you? Your writing is non-coherent.
