Complaint Review: Ebay

Ebay allows the sales of digital products with no protection from sellers. There are no Guarantees. No Money Back. I Purchase a Ninja Graphic Kit From a seller call Pivone on Ebay. I purchase by mistake, I thought it was on DVD, It was a digital Download. I tried to cancel. 

Ebay has No Protection from Digital Product Sales even though I Purchase This By Mistake.

I open a case with ebay they took the side of the seller. No Refund for me.

Then They Removed it from my purchase list, even though I paid for this. I tried to leave feedback of my purchase so others would know not to buy digital products from them, they remove it too.

They are doing everthing they can to protect these type of people. No one should buy from ebay.

I will never buy from ebay again!
