I ordered an online package to set up an online store with ebay. First of all it's a 2 week trial and then they charge your accoung for 29.95. What they don't tell you as well is that the optional coaching one-on-one that "For a limited time only" comes free with your trial, is that they will be charging 59.95 to your account as well for that.

I didn't even get the package in the mail until about 2.5 weeks after I signed up. When I decided to cancel it that night, the number claims the office was closed (even though they say they don't close until 7pm). I called first thing Monday morning to cancel and they assured me my account would not be charges, since I recieved no services, well it was charges 3 days later, 90$!

I called them and gave them my cancellation code, and they said because I waited too long to cancel. They were going to charge me a full month's charge, even though I only had the package for 5 days. They don't want to listen to you when you call, and they don't care that you received no services. They will charge your account anyway.

On top of the fact that in order to start the store you have to make further investments which I am sure will pan out about the same way, a rip off! Bottom line, there is no easy way to make money! Don't let anyone tell you otherwise!

This question is for Chris, you stated that you are an Ex Employee of this company?? Through out your rebuttal, you use WE a lot. Kind of sounds like you still work for the company!

Ryan, you should have contacted the company when you did not receive the package in the allotted time, especially since you do have a cancellation period. I am on your side far as getting your money back. If this were any kind of a reputable company, they would give you the refund. I guess we will wait and see.

*I AM AN EX EMPLOYEE, WHAT I SAY HAS NO HOLDING ON THE CURRENT COMPANY LEGALLY, THESE ARE MY OWN OPPINIONS*

Hi, i used to work for this comany, and while ordering the product IT DOES STATE THAT IF THERE IS ANY DELAY OR PROBLEMS IN THE RECEPTION OF THE KIT TO CALL US, and the phone number is provided. As far as it goes, the kit has nothing to do with services rendered, we provide you with services that are yours to use, but if you dont call us, we have no way of knowing whether or not you recieve you kit. I know that if i ordered something online that stated YOUR KIT MAY TAKE 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS TO ARRIVE, i would NOT wait 2.5 weeks for it. Thats just neglect, and another thing, ever heard of TIME ZONES? haha
